Crowd Pleaser Grilled Sautéed Shrimp

This shrimp dish is the simple, weeknight entrée that family and friends will lose it for! Our ginger spread helps take the guess work out of measuring seasonings while the delicious balance of sweet and savory guarantees a full-bodied flavor. The shrimp is the perfect light and tangy protein to serve over steamed rice or stir-fried veggies.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb peeled, deveined shrimp

  • 2 tbsp. Nal’s Kitchen Ginger Spread

  • 3/4 tsp. or to taste coarse salt

  • 1/4 tsp. or to taste freshly ground pepper

    parsley (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper

  2. Generously coat shrimp with the spread mix. 

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes (optional). 

  4. Skewer the shrimp and grill on medium-high (~375oF) for 2-3 minutes on each side. Alternatively, heat pan to medium high, add 3 tablespoons of oil and sauté shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes.

  5. Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle parsley
