Easy to make delicious turkey burger using Nals Kitchen Honey Ginger Dressing

Turkey Burger

 

We love how easy these burgers are to make. It requires virtually no prep-time. Turkey meat can be substituted with any ground meat of your choice. Our Honey Ginger Dressing is a great compliment to flavor meats and this burger will sure turn out juicy and super flavorful all the time.


PREP TIME: 5 MIN

COOK TIME: 15 MIN


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey breast

  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey thigh

  • 3 tbsp. Nal’s Kitchen Honey Ginger Dressing

  • 2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp. or to taste coarse salt

  • 1/2 tsp. or to taste pepper, 

  • 2 tsp. oil

  • 4 cheese slices, optional

  • 4 sesame seed burger buns

Optional Topping:

  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp. oil

  • 3 tbsp. Nal’s Kitchen Honey Ginger Dressing

  • 1/4 tsp. or to taste coarse salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F– 400°F) or cook on a skillet over medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, dressing, onion, salt, and pepper - form mixture into four flat patties - about ½ inch in thickness

  3. Lightly brush the patties on both sides with oil and grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, turn once when the center is no longer pink. (If cooking on skillet - preheat skillet with 1 tbsp of oil and cook patties on each side for about 5 minutes)

  4. Add cheese slices on top of patties to melt, do when there is 2 minutes left of grilling time.

  5. Grill buns for 1 minute before assembling the burger.

Optional Topping:

Place oil in the pan and heat on high for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, saute until golden brown.

Sprinkle salt, and add dressing, mix well. 

Assemble the burger with sauteed mushrooms.
