INSTRUCTIONS:
Grilled Salmon
* Salmon should be at room temperature before grilling.
Preheat the grill to 500°F & lightly coat the grill with oil.
Rinse salmon fillets carefully, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add oil and dressing to the fillets, then lightly rub it on both sides. Marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
Place the fillets on the grill, skin side up. For fillets about 1 inch thick, the total grill time is approximately 8 minutes. After 5-6 minutes, the fillet’s edges will start to pull away from the grill, making it easy to flip. Grill for the remaining 2 minutes skin side down. The fillets will be an opaque color and flaky consistency with a crispy layer on the outside when ready.
Roasted/Grilled Broccolini:
Preheat the oven or grill to 375°F.
Wash broccolini and give a shake to lose some of the moisture but don’t pat dry it off.
