Delish Shishito Peppers Flatbread

Warning: May be highly addictive to those susceptible to unusual levels of deliciousness. This flatbread recipe is a light, wholesome dish that is so versatile it belongs on both an appetizer and entrée spread! A splash of our dressing over the top of the flat bread takes it from delicious to divine.


PREP TIME: 05 MIN

COOK TIME: 10 MIN


INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ pound Shishito peppers

  • 2 ½ tbsp. of Nal’s Kitchen Honey Ginger Dressing

  • 1tbsp. of oil

  • ½ tsp. or to taste salt

  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 per square piece

  • Flatbread or pizza dough

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Puree ½ lb. of Shishito peppers with 2 ½ tbsp. of Honey Ginger Dressing & 1 tbsp. of oil and salt.

  2. Take the mixture and spread over flatbread or pizza dough. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and drizzle with Honey Ginger Dressing before serving.

Tip: Finish by baking as per instructions of either the flatbread or dough of choice.
