INGREDIENTS:

Grilled Salmon:

  • 6 to 8 Salmon Fillets (6 oz. each)

  • ¼ cup of Nal’s Kitchen Honey Ginger Dressing

  • 2 tbsp. of oil (optional)

  • ¾ tsp. or to taste of coarse salt,

  • ¼ tsp. or to taste of black pepper (preferably freshly ground)

  • ¼ tsp.or to taste of red pepper flakes (optional)

Roasted/Grilled Broccolini:

  • 2 bunches of broccolini (approx. 12 oz.)

  • 3 tbsp. of Nal’s Kitchen Honey Ginger Dressing

  • 1 ½ tbsp. of oil

  • ½ tsp. or to taste of coarse salt

  • ¼ tsp. or to taste of black pepper (preferably freshly ground)

DIRECTIONS:

Grilled Salmon

  1. * Salmon should be at room temperature before grilling.

  2. Preheat the grill to 500°F & lightly coat the grill with oil.

  3. Rinse salmon fillets carefully, then pat dry with a paper towel.

  4. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add oil and dressing to the fillets, then lightly rub it on both sides. Marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.

  5. Place the fillets on the grill, skin side up. For fillets about 1 inch thick, the total grill time is approximately 8 minutes. After 5-6 minutes, the fillet’s edges will start to pull away from the grill, making it easy to flip. Grill for the remaining 2 minutes skin side down. The fillets will be an opaque color and flaky consistency with a crispy layer on the outside when ready.

Roasted/Grilled Broccolini:

  1. Preheat the oven or grill to 375°F.

  2. Wash broccolini and give a shake to lose some of the moisture but don’t pat dry it off.
