Fried Rice

 
 

Truly does not require a recipe. It is quick and easy to make. Add our Ginger Spread to any of your favorite mix-ins and you can create your customized irresistible delicious fried rice.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-5 cups of cooked rice

  • 4-6 eggs 

  • 2 cups of cooked ham

  • 2 cups of cooked turkey

  • 1 cup of chopped cabbage

  • 3 tbsp. of Nal’s Kitchen Ginger Spread

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1-1 ½ tsp or to taste pepper /chili flakes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix in a small bowl the spread, soy sauce and pepper/chili flakes and put aside.

  2. Add1 tbsp. of oil to the skillet cook on medium heat.

  3. Add 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage to the oil. Sauté for a couple minutes till cabbage softens but still a bit crunchy. 

  4. Move cabbage to one side of the skillet and scramble the four to six on the empty side.

  5. Add chopped cooked ham and turkey to the skillet and mix well.
    Add the mixture of spread to the skillet and mix well.

  6. Finally add the cooked rice and mix well.

  7. Taste and if more flavor is desired make an additional mix of the spread, soy sauce and pepper/chili flakes and add to the rice little at a time.
