Black Bean Dish

 
 

Our Ginger Spread takes a canned black bean and makes it into “The Black Bean Dish”. Serve as is or dress it up with avocado and red onions or any toppings of your choice. Enjoy on a bed of grain, taco or as topping on a burger. Yummy!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 oz black bean can

  • 1 jalapeno 

  • 1 tbsp. Nal’s Kitchen Ginger Spread

  • Salt to taste, if needed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Empty black beans into a saucepan

  2. Coarsely chop one jalapeno and add to the saucepan

  3. Add one tablespoon of the spread

  4. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes till spread completely dissolves.

  5. Add salt, if needed.

Tip: Salt might not be needed if the canned black beans have salt.
